WARNING: TO PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THE CONTEMPORARY SOCIETY
TAKE SERIOUS ACCOUNT OF DEFORMATIONS OF THE SOLE OF THE FOOT IN BOTH CHILDREN AND ADULTS

Due to the change in our life style, our bodies have changed and it has resulted in the deformations of the sole such as bunions (Hallux Valgus) and floating toes. This is an important fact that should not be ignored.

IMPORTANT!
NEW TYPES OF PAIN AND ILLNESS, WHICH WERE NOT SEEN 60 YEARS AGO, ARE INCREASING BECAUSE OF DEFORMATIONS IN THE SOLE.

It is important to realize that there are changes in the types of pain, deformations, and illnesses from 60 years ago to now. In today’s contemporary society, these disorders have become a major health problem.

WHAT ARE THE MAJOR PAINS AND ILLNESSES IN TODAY’S SOCIETY?

The 3 major pains and illnesses:

  1. Chronic pains in the soles, the knees and the neck, the sprain of bones, deformations in the body structure, and sports injuries both in children and adults in which the causes are unidentified.
  2. Imbalance (ataxia) of the autonomic nervous system such as depression, panic attacks, and physical discomfort and general malaise in both children and adults.
  3. Life style related diseases (diabetes, etc), decreased physical motor skills and efficiency of metabolism both in children and adults.

More than 90% of those who suffer from the above have deformations on the soles such as bunions and floating toes.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FOOT DEFORMATIONS AND PAIN OF UNKNOWN CAUSES

  1. Firstly, a deformation in the sole creates dynamic imbalances in our bodies.
  2. Secondly, a deformation creates shock waves and torsion waves while walking.
  3. Lastly, it is repeated in daily life.

Now let’s take a look of such examples.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE SOLE DEFORMATIONS AND THE IMBALANCE OF THE AUTONOMIC NERVE SYSTEM

The deformation of the sole damages the cervical (neck) vertebrae in the following 5 ways. Damaging the cervical vertebrae causes malfunctions in the autonomic nerve system triggering depression, panic attacks, and other illnesses due to the system lying in the connecting sections of the cervical vertebrae and skull.

  1. Because the connecting section of the skull and the first cervical vertebrae is located at the top of spine, it is the place that corrects sole deformations.
  2. Because the joints in the skull and cervical vertebrae can rotate 360 degrees, they correct imbalances in the sole.
  3. Because we tend to control our balance at a higher position such as in the eyes and brain, the cervical vertebrae is easily strained.
  4. By the change of our life style over the past 60 years, decreasing labor work, the muscles in our neck and shoulders have become weaker and not strong enough to support our heads.
  5. Due to life style changes, we work longer hours and obtain less sleep. Holding our posture vertically for longer periods of time causes strain to the cervical vertebrae.

Thus, floating toes and neck deformations cause an imbalance in the autonomic nerve system as well as cause depression and panic attacks.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE SOLE DEFORMATIONS AND ILLNESS

As explained earlier, deformation in the sole damages the connecting section of the skull and cervical vertebrae, which causes the malfunction of the autonomic nervous system. The malfunctioning of the autonomic nervous system causes imbalances of various hormones, affects the function of internal organs, and results in illness.

According to Japanese research:

  • 80% of female adults have some sort of deformation on the sole, such as bunions and/or floating toes.
  • This is recently rapidly spreading among young children (1-6th) and male adults.

In conclusion, the negative affects of deformations on the sole can be seen equally among children and adults, both male and female. Until now, the important relationship between our health and the sole has not been recognized enough.
